OUR MISSION is to gather, equip and build a community of friends committed to both personal mastery and professional excellence.
We believe Each person is uniquely created by God with a dream to live and a destiny to fulfill. We have the unique privilege as a company of coaches to honor each person's process of discovery and help them overcome every obstacle to fully becoming who they were created to be.

JEFF WITTMER
Jeff is a CTA Certified Life Coach, entrepreneur, and trainer of coaches and leaders. He is the founder of Burning Bush Life Coaching and California Coaching Collaborative which offers Certification Credentials for Life Coaches.
In addition to coaching, Jeff has been a lead pastor, church planter, motivational speaker and most recently, an Advanced Ministry Training instructor at Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry in Redding, California where he lives with his lovely wife, Sheri and the rest of his crew.
Jeff's goal as a communicator is to awaken people - raising their spiritual intelligence - to live a more abundant and vibrant life. As a life coach, Jeff specializes in partnering with people for catalyzing change and personal growth in transition seasons, destiny discovery and development, and creating strategies to goal & dream fulfillment.

SHERI WITTMER
Sheri Wittmer’s passion for health was forged in a childhood home filled with chronic disease and suffering. Losing precious family members to lifestyle-related diseases fueled the flame of compassion that eventually led Sheri into her life’s call. To remove ignorance and alleviate suffering became her mission.
Sheri is dedicated to educating and empowering others to take personal responsibility for their health and vitality.
After graduating from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2013, Sheri began her coaching business, Sheri’s Wellness Coaching. Even before that, Sheri brought with her a solid background and education in holistic health that included her certification in nutritional counseling through The Global College of Natural Medicine and work in electrodermal screening. Currently, Sheri is working towards an herbalist certification, which will equip her with even more tools to bring healing to those with chronic conditions.
Sheri lives in Redding, California, with her husband, Jeff, and adult daughter, Mariah. Her greatest joys outside of healing and helping others are biking with her husband Jeff out on one of Northern California’s many river trails, spending time with their other adult children Alex, Nikki, and Allison) and grands, (Shiloh, Wesley, and Magnolia) and of course, preparing nutritious and delicious meals.

Andrea is a C3 certified Master Life Coach, and Entrepreneur. She currently is pursuing a masters in business and has undertaken many growth and development ventures in her lifetime.
Andrea believes that changing the way we see things can change what we attract to ourselves. Our beings can draw love, abundance, and opportunity towards ourselves instead of driving them away. This starts with having the right thoughts.
After enduring her own mental breakdowns and struggles, Andrea now helps others see the deep hidden treasures that are inside them. She offers powerful tools to help people clearly understand themselves, their challenges, and the people around them. Andrea provides clarity and empathy along with a direct, get to the point coaching approach. This makes her a highly effective coach and consultant for those seeking accelerated growth both in their personal and professional lives.
With her many facets, people who work with her get a broad spectrum of tools they can use to grow. They receive clear precise vision that empowers them to get straight to the heart of what's holding them back and enables them to walk with confidence into their God given destiny and purpose.
