REFUND POLICY
COURSE REFUND POLICY
Official course enrollment requires a non-refundable course deposit. Depending upon the payment options you previously chose upon enrolling, your deposit may be the exact deposit amount to be enrolled, a portion of a higher amount agreed upon, included as part of the full course amount, or otherwise arranged payment. Regardless of how your deposit is paid to California Coaching Collaborative LLC, the non-refundable deposit amount is 27% of the full course amount and will not be refunded.
FOR LIVE COURSES
When purchasing a live course you have until the first week of the course to withdraw from the course. To withdraw from the course, you must notify us in writing by emailing us, we will respond in writing to confirm your course withdrawal. If you do not receive a response from us at all regarding your notice of withdrawal, we have not received your withdrawal notice and it is solely your responsibility to ensure we receive your notice of withdrawal. Once your course withdrawal has been confirmed, you will receive a refund for an amount you have paid above the non-refundable deposit. Once the course begins no refunds will be given. In the event you decide to withdraw from the course after it has commenced, you are still responsible for the entire remaining amount due for the course. At our sole discretion we may choose to issue you a final bill for the whole amount due or allow a payment plan.
FOR LIVE COURSES WITH CERTIFICATION
When purchasing a live course with certification, you have until the first week of the course to withdraw from the course. To withdraw from the course, you must notify us in writing by emailing us, we will respond in writing to confirm your course withdrawal. If you do not receive a response from us at all regarding your notice of withdrawal, we have not received your withdrawal notice and it is solely your responsibility to ensure we receive your notice of withdrawal. Once your course withdrawal has been confirmed, you will receive a refund for an amount you have paid above the non-refundable deposit. Once the course begins no refunds will be given. In the event you decide to withdraw from the course after it has commenced, you are still responsible for the entire remaining amount due for the course. At our sole discretion we may choose to issue you a final bill for the whole amount due or allow a payment plan.
Certification is issued at our discretion and we require you to attend all live sessions or watch and report to us that you have watched the entire session replay, complete all homework with at least a satisfactory grade, and all payments have been received in full. If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to complete any aspect of the certification requirements, we reserve the right to withhold certification and you will remain liable for all amounts due for the course.
FOR E-COURSES
When purchasing an e-course, you may withdraw from the course and request a full refund prior to downloading any documents which are part of the course and prior to beginning any portion of the course, excluding any introduction or course overview which may be part of the course. If you have started the course in any manner, we will determine a refund amount, if any, at our sole discretion. To withdraw from the course, you must notify us in writing by emailing us, we will respond in writing to confirm your course withdrawal. If you do not receive a response from us at all regarding your notice of withdrawal, we have not received your withdrawal notice and it is solely your responsibility to ensure we receive your notice of withdrawal.
SALE ITEMS
All downloadable items are non-refundable. Only regular priced physical items may be refunded, we do not issue refunds on sale items.
COACHING REFUND POLICY
There are no refunds for individual coaching sessions. To request a refund for prepaid packages for coaching sessions you must notify us in writing by emailing us to discontinue your service and request a refund, we will respond in writing to confirm your request. If you do not receive a response from us at all regarding your notice of withdraw, we have not received your withdraw notice and it is solely your responsibility to ensure we receive your notice of withdraw. In most circumstances, a refund will be issued for any remaining unused pre-paid sessions, in rare circumstances we may adjust the refund amount and include a reason for the adjustment with our response.
PURCHASING A GIFT CARD
The purchase of gift card(s) is NON-REFUNDABLE.
CREDIT PROCESSING
All refunds will be issued and credited back to the original method of payment only. We reserve the right to refuse issuing any check or credit using a different method of payment due to security reasons.
If a gift card was used to make your purchase, any refund issued will be returned to the gift card used to make the purchase. We reserve the right to deduct any credit card processing fees we incurred during the original payment from you to us or during the refund process. Once a refund is processed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided during original payment.
Please allow up to 2 to 5 business days for us to process your refund. Depending on your payment method, it may take up to 5-7 business days for your financial institution to show the funds credited back to your account.
LATE/MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received your refund credit within 15 business days upon the refund confirmation email, please contact your bank or credit card company to ensure your account is able to receive a refund credit. If you still have not received your refund, please email us.
